Seven of fourteen assignments are UNTESTABLE — the highest share of any family audited.

In plain words

Half of what Paper 12 describes cannot be checked by any instrument anyone has: counts of worlds and structures far beyond our reach. Those stand as they are — neither confirmed nor corrected. The checkable part fares badly. It copies the era’s measured expansion rate of the universe almost exactly, and in the same breath says the expansion isn’t real. And its grand two-billion-year rhythm of space breathing out and in doesn’t match the record: the expansion has never reversed, and lately it has been speeding up.

What held up

What didn’t

Paper 12’s distinctive content is specified almost entirely in quantities defined so as to have no observational counterpart. The testable residue is small, located in §4, and contradicted in both its entries — both facts stand at once. The Circuit Cosmology boundary was held throughout this audit: no fit result is cited in any grade.
